The "Why I'm doing this" rant

by Evan Wills

Yesterday Georgie challenged me on why I wanted to be involved in the bike ride and why it was more important than any of the other really significant campaigns that I could be working on right now. (There are a lot of important campaigns that need support in the form of time, ideas, energy and passion.)

Chatting by the river

It's been a busy few days since the last meeting.

The last weekend we (Georgie, Beck and Squid and I) went down the South Coast for a couple of days. It was great to talk about the ride when we felt like it and not be pressed into a small time slot by other commitments.

We mainly discussed the how we were going to organise the ride in terms of decision making structures and about the focus of the ride.

About my Blog

by Evan Wills

This blog, while I'm part of the organisation crew, will be documenting thoughts and discussions I've had and actions taken by me relating to the organisation of the ride. It will probably be fairly dull but hopefully should mean I am personally redundant as a knowledge repository. It is most likely that only fellow organisers will be interested.

As I intend to document all my organisation activities, some of the entries will be restricted as they may not be appropriate for the public to see. Most registered users will be able to view those entries though.
