Well, yesterday I managed to ride over the border into New South Wales.  There were some hairy moments getting over the border as the roads were not designed for cyclists and we had traffic moving close to 100km/hr and 2 lanes merging at a similar rate with us stuck in the middle.  Anyway we managed to cross the highway with no incidences.

Once getting across the border we had the privilage of riding through Kingscliffe, Pottsville and Mooyong, mainly on bike paths and quite roads.  The ride from Mooyong to the old highway was just spectacular.  If you are wanting a beautiful ride I would highly recommend this leg.

At the moment we are a crew of six with the possibility of another person joining us (yesterday?).  We will be staying in Ocean Shores today before making our way to Byron Bay and Lismore.

I'm still enjoying the ride, still enjoying how people respond to us while we spread the message of Nuclear being not the solution.  Most of all, am totally impressed by the energy and enthusiasm shown by fellow activists especially those who have campaigned on the nuclear issue for many years.  It's been a great experience in learning how different people have become active and held actions of a great variety.  It just reminds me how diverse our human species can be.

Hope all is going well for you, thanks for all your support in the various forms.  Don't forget to visit the website www.canc.org.au
